Eric Phan

Eric Phan is the Owner and Principal of EP Designs, bringing over 25 years of experience in architecture and design.  Throughout his career, Eric has successfully lead a wide range of projects across various sectors, consistently driven by a passion for design, creativity, and delivering impactful results.  He is dedicated to making each project not only aesthetically compelling but also functionally successful.

Outside the studio, Eric enjoys quality time with family and friends, hands-on DIY landscaping projects, and playing tennis with his kids.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern Polytechnic State University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and holds certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).  He is currently licensed to practice architecture in 20 states across the United Sates.
